Getting cold weather boots that work in cold weather is not too much to ask

What would be the definition of the perfect pair of cold weather boots? How about a pair of boots that stay warm as long as you wear them. How about boots that keep your feet dry? How about boots that help you stay upright when on slipperier slopes? How about boots that look good? And how about boots that were specially designed to keep one's feet warm during inclement weather conditions?

Would these be the perfect cold and nasty weather boots for you and your family?

If one could find a pair of boots like these that person would be a happy consumer.
