Getting The Best Free Weights Workouts

Weider and York free weights are the heavyweights with serious weightlifters. But here is how to get great weight workouts on your own.

Before the home exercise equipment revolution serious weightlifters were limited to using a variety of dumbbells and barbells to get the workout they desired.

But in recent decades this has gradually changed to offer everyone the ability to get wonderful workouts or enhance any type of exercise routine they may be doing, whether it's Pilates, Yoga, stretching, or core conditioning. That's cool.

But to get maximum results one needs to understand that free weights do offer one critical advantage over all the other 'mechanized' home gyms and exercise machines that isolate but one body muscle group.
